Narrated Abu Huraira : Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Turks; people with small eyes, red faces, and flat noses. Their faces will look like shields coated with leather. The Hour will not be established till you fight with people whose shoes are made of hair."
[Bukhari  Volume 4, Book 52, Number 179]

Narrated 'Amr bin Taghlib: The Prophet said, "One of the portents of the Hour is that you will fight with people wearing shoes made of hair; and one of the portents of the Hour is that you will fight with broad-faced people whose faces will look like shields coated with leather."
[Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 178 and 180, Bukhari Volume 4, Book 56, Number 790]

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "The Hour will not be established till you fight with the Khudh and the Kirman from among the non-Arabs. They will be of red faces, flat noses and small eyes; their faces will look like flat shields, and their shoes will be of hair."
[Bukhari Volume 4, Book 56, Number 788]

Many scholars believe that this Sign have already been fulfilled. The first Hadith clearly states that People should be among the Turks having small eyes and red faces with flat nose. Scholars have suggested this Hadith had predicted the war which happened between the Muslims and Turks belonging to Khwarezmian Empire. The people of Khwarezmian Empire are reported to have red faces with small eyes and flat noses. Moreover, there warriors use to wear leather over their heads. Thus this battle clearly fits the prophesy of Prophet Muhammad PBUH. The Khwarezmian dynasty is said to consists of many tribes such as Khazars, Khud, Kimran, etc. The Khwarezmian dynasty was founded by Anush Tigin Gharchai, a former Turkish slave of the Seljuq sultans, who was appointed the governor of Khwarezm. Their faces were described as broad and red with small and thick noses. Also, the Hadiths said that they would wear hair and their shoes would be made of hair this hair was the leather of the beaver. They used to put its hairy leather on their heads and feet.
Genghis Khan, who headed the Mongols tribes succeeded in setting up a large empire that included the northern regions of China and conquered Beijing , the capital of China He clashed with the neighboring Khwarezmid Empire who were mainly Turks.
