After the creation of Earth through Big bang (21:30) Allah decided to make a vicegerent on earth who was Adam. After teaching the names of all thing to Adam (2:30-31), Allah told him to stay in Heaven but it was temporarily at that time as we know Allah created Adam to be his vicegerent on Earth. Coming to Earth, Adam and Eve both dwell on Earth and the generations started to build from tents to tribes and cities to countries now (49:13).
Thousands of Prophet were send by Allah from Adam till Muhammad PBUH. Whenever a Prophet perished after confirming and preaching Allah's word the tribe or people he stayed with starts blasphemy again after sometime. Such is with the tribe of Bani Israel. Indeed Allah showed clear sign to Tribe of Bani Israel but man is ungrateful (43:15). The purpose of every Messenger was same that is to preach the commandments of Allah. Messengers were send specifically to every nation and tribe of the world except Prophet Muhammad SAW who was send for whole mankind (7:158).
The Taurah and Gospels constantly speaks of another Prophet where as Prophet Jesus was also prophesied in Taurah that is the OT. After the death of every Prophet the people used to corrupt the scriptures and mix falsehood in the religion (2:79). They were able to do so because the scripture was given in the custody and hands of Priest and etc (2:79) The awaited Messiah for Jews was indeed Prophet Jesus but in no terms he was son of God or God himself. Still the Jews are waiting for the Messiah that would be Dajjal (The False Messiah) and they would be helping him as reported by many authentic Islamic sources.
Even the Ka'bah was corrupted by the Arabs before Islam came. They place statue in it and use to worship them until Prophet Muhammad PBUH purified it. (2:125-127). The Islam was there from the beginning of creation of mankind however people change Allah's laws and scriptures till the time of Prophet PBUH. We all know how many times the Bible have changed with words added and deleted from it. Then the final scripture Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad PBUH and Allah took the responsibility to guard it Himself (15:9).
So I think it is easy for all of us now to understand the message of Prophets. Noah, Moses, David, Solomon, Joseph, Jesus and Muhammad peace be upon them message were the same that is preaching the message of Allah the true God. Jesus never claim Divinity and worshiped the God, Moses or any other Prophet never preached Trinity during their life or any other mysterious things. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]
Jesus even foretold Jews that truth will come [John 8:32] which will set you free. If truth was already there why he did not mention Jews to seek the truth but he specifically refer to the future and it was confirm by Quran in 17:81
"And say: "Truth has (now) arrived, and Falsehood perished: for Falsehood is (by its nature) bound to perish."
