Narrated Auf bin Mali:I went to the Prophet during the Ghazwa of Tabuk while he was sitting in a leather tent. He said, "Count six signs that indicate the approach of the Hour: my death, the conquest of Jerusalem, a plague that will afflict you (and kill you in great numbers) as the plague that afflicts sheep, the increase of wealth to such an extent that even if one is given one hundred Dinars, he will not be satisfied; then an affliction which no Arab house will escape, and then a truce between you and Bani Al-Asfar (i.e. the Byzantines) who will betray you and attack you under eighty flags. Under each flag will be twelve thousand soldiers.

This Hadith sums up many signs of the Doomsday. The first sign which is indicated is the demise of Prophet Muhammad PBUH.  The second sign mentioned is the siege of Jerusalem which is already fulfilled too. The siege of Jerusalem was done in the era of umar Ibn Al Khattab in 16th Hijrah or 637 AD. The plague Hadith is referring to is the Plague of Emmaus (Amwas) which killed many Muslims. It is estimated that more than 20,000 people died in this outbreak. This plague is famous because some prominent companions of the Messenger Muhammad also suffered and died because of it including Abu Ubaydah Ibn al-Jarrah and Mu'az Ibn Jabal.

The next sign is the increase of wealth to such a extent that even if one is given one hundred Dinars in Zakat, he will not be satisfied. Many scholars of view this sign happened during the era of Hazrat Umar R.A. and lasted for two and a half years. The collectors of Zakats at time of Umar R.A found less or no one poor enough to receive the Zakat. That's how wealthy the people of his reign had become and was a golden era where Muslims brought prosperity during that time.
In addition to this others believe that this will also happened again when Jesus PBUH will return as supported by other Hadith.

There are mixed opinions about the sign regarding trials entering the Arab house. Some scholars take it as the event of Hazrat Uthman when he go martyred on July 17, 656 AD. He was killed by rebellions and not much of the Arabs were involved in his bloodshed. Even the people of Medina did not give support to the caliph except the handful of some of his close companions. However, other scholars see this sign occurred by various means of media in the house whether it is seen, read or heard.

Coming to the last Sign there have been many wars between the Byzantines and Muslims. Much truce has been made in past during the wars example the truce between the years 638 till 639, etc. However, this does not indicate the Sign as prophesized in Hadith. Till this time the incident of gathering and attacking Rome in this huge number of soldiers has not happened yet. Thus, this matter has not taken place yet
