In 1 Corinthians 11:5-6 Bible States:

"But every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head—it is the same as having her head shaved. For if a woman does not cover her head, she might as well have her hair cut off; but if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, then she should cover her head."

The Best example of Veiling women in Christianity is The Virgin Mary. We see her picture in the Christian churches and everywhere. How is she dressed she was fully covered from head to toe except for the face and hands!

The famous early Christian theologian, St. Tertullian, in his famous treatise, ‘On The Veiling of Virgins’ wrote, “Young women, you wear your veils out on the streets, so you should wear them in the church; you wear them when you are among strangers, then wear them among your brothers”

1 Peter 3:3-5 States

"Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight. For this is the way the holy women of the past who put their hope in God used to adorn themselves. They submitted themselves to their own husbands, "

Meaning That you should dress in a way that your beauty shouldn't come out to peoples and strangers and it should be only for your husband.
