The Origin Of Yahweh, The Moon God
Is Yahweh Moon God?
Wife/ Consort of Yahweh

"He also tore down the quarters of the male shrine prostitutes, which were in the temple of the LORD and where women did weaving for Asherah (Consort/Wife)" [2 Kings 23:7]

This Babylonian/Egypt deity is also called Baal throughout the Scriptures.  The Jews did worshiped the moon god when they apostated into idolatry from the true God Ehyeh asher Ehyeh (Elohim/Adonai).  Look up the word moon in Hebrew and it is "yareah" which is the same as "Yahweh."  Modern Hebrew spells it different now to distort the real identity of their ancient Yah god.  They now spell it "yareach."  No matter, real scholars know the truth!

"Originally, these four consonants [in YHWH] represented the four members of the Heavenly Family: Y represented El the Father; H was Asherah the Mother; W corresponded to He the Son; and H was the Daughter Anath. In accordance with the royal traditions of the time and region, God's mysterious bride, the Matronit, was also reckoned to be his sister. In the Jewish cult of the Cabbala God's dual male-female image was perpetuated. Meanwhile other sects perceived the Shekinah or Matronit as the female presence of God on Earth. The divine marital chamber was the sanctuary of the Jerusalem Temple, but from the moment the Temple was destroyed, the Matronit was destined to roam the Earth while the male aspect of Jehovah was left to rule the heavens alone." -
[ Laurence Gardner, Bloodline of the Holy Grail, p. 18]

Queen Of Heaven ?
Does Yahweh had a wife Asherah?

"We will burn incense to the Queen of Heaven and will pour out drink offerings to her just as we and our fathers, our kings and our officials did in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. At that time we had plenty of food and were well off and suffered no harm. But ever since we stopped burning incense to the Queen of Heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, we have had nothing and have been perishing by sword and famine," Jeremiah 44:17-18

Her name is Asherah. She is known in Greek and Roman mythology as Astarte, the Phoenician (coastal Canaanite) goddess of love and fertility. In the old Testament she is called Astoreth, or by the plural form Ashtaroth. When you see how the Israelites condemn the worship of Asherah, you'd think that her marriage with El is dysfunctional. Seems like it, though. And apparently, much of it has to do with her strongest son, Baal. Before we take up Baal, however, let's see this very colorful brood of divine beings to which he belongs.

Yahweh had a WIFE

(A) In 1967, Raphael Patai was the first historian to mention that the ancient Israelites worshiped both Yahweh and Asherah.

(B) George Hart, "A Dictionary of Egyptian Gods and Goddesses", Mentions that YAH is a MOON GOD of the EGYPTIANS.

(C) William G. Dever
Yahweh had a consort Asherah some even go to say that Asherah was Yahweh's wife

In fact, the Israelites were still very much polytheistic here, and they still adored Asherah as the Mother of Heaven, or the consort of El, El Elyon, or Yahweh. It wasn't until around 600 BCE did we have Monotheism start taking root by strict Yahwists and reformists, and where Ahserah was seemingly edited out of the bible as Yahweh's consort. It is here where Yahwism became monotheistic and considered all other GODs as false idols to which included Asherah.

The verses 2 Samuel 7:6 further tells that Yahweh is a pagan God dwelling in house, temples, etc build by man
" I have not dwelt in a house from the day I brought the Israelites up out of Egypt to this day. I have been moving from place to place with a tent as my dwelling. " (2 Samuel 7:6)

"Early in Canaanite religion, the male moon-god, "Yerach," was the chief god of the pantheon. And the female sun-god, "Shamash," was his cohort. Later, these were changed to Baal and Ashteroth. "To judge from Canaanite place-names of the earliest period, such as Jericho and Beit-Yerach, as well as from Non-Semitic personal and place names of the 2nd millennium BC, the cult of the sun-god and moon-god (or goddess) was at its height in very early times and steadily declined thereafter" (W.F. Albright, Archaeology and the Religion of Israel, p. 92, also p. 83)."
"Röth (Die Aegypt. und die Zoroastr. Glaubenslehre, 1846, p.175) derives the Hebrew name [Yahweh] from the ancient moon-god Ih or Ioh."
