Some Christian claims that Quran is not accurate as it mentions Mary instead of Holy Spirit a part of Trinity. To substantiate the misconception, the person making the remark would probably quote the following verse from the Holy Qur’an:
“And behold! Allah will say: “O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, ‘Take me and my mother for two gods beside Allah?” He will say: “Glory to Thee! Never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, Thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, though I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden.” [Holy Qur’an 5:116]

The verse doesn't even mention the word "Trinity" in any top and accurate english translations of Quran. However, there are ample proofs that Mary was and is worshipped by some Christians.
Some Christians Do Worship The Mary

a) The word "Trinity" appears in the Holy Qur'an in verses 4:171 and 5:73. In these two verses the name of Mary is not mentioned as "the third Person of the Holy Trinity". Not withstanding that as an argument, here are the observed facts.

b) The carved or molten images and/or statues of Jesus Christ and his mother Mary, in various sizes and shapes, are to be found in the Catholic and Orthodox Churches, all around the world.

c) Most of these Sacred Statues or Images are placed in the prominent places of the Prayer Halls of these Christian Churches for the purpose of venerating and worshipping of these entities.

d) One would also notice that the majority of the attending congregates would kneel, worship, venerate and pray before these Holy Images as their reverent rituals and inherited traditions. Many devoted believers would place lighted candles in front of these Sacred Statues or Images before worshipping or paying their homage to them.

e) These Catholic and Orthodox congregates who venerate Lord Jesus as their God and Virgin Mary as the "Mother of God", do form the bulk of the Christians community. It has been so since the inception of the Roman Catholic Church. The Protestants, who separated from the Roman Catholics, nearly ten centuries after the advent of Islam, do not have the Statues of Mother Mary in their Churches.

f) In 1998, according to the Encyclopedia Britannia there were 1040 million Catholics and only 361 million Protestants.

g) These observations clearly indicate that Virgin Mary has been venerated with hyperdulia, along with her son Jesus, by the majority of the Christians, from the early years of the Catholicism.

h) As for the Holy Ghost, the third person of the Holy Trinity, no Christian Church has so far instituted its venerating representation, image or semblance for their Churchgoers.

There is also debate about whether this verse is about the Trinity. For example, Thomas states that verse 5:116 need not be seen as discussing the Christian Trinity, but rather, giving examples of shirk (claiming divinity for beings other than God) and a "warning against excessive devotion to Jesus and extravagant veneration of Mary, a reminder linked to the central theme of the Qur'an that there is only one God and He alone is to be worshipped." When read in this light, it can be understood as an admonition, "Against the divinization of Jesus that is given elsewhere in the Qur'an and a warning against the virtual divinization of Mary in the declaration of the fifth-century church councils that she is 'God-bearer'." Will Allah Only Curse Wife For Her Disobedience?

Some Non-Muslims try to provide Hadith of Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.460 to prove that Allah is not equal with a woman (wife). The following hadith are

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.460
Narrated by Abu Huraira
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "If a husband calls his wife to his bed (i.e. to have sexual relation) and she refuses and causes him to sleep in anger, the Angels will curse her till morning."
And
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3257
Narrated by Talq ibn Ali
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "When a man calls his wife to satisfy his desire she must go to him even if she is occupied at the oven!"
And
"If a husband calls his wife to bed and she refuses, the angels will curse her until she gets up in the morning." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]
And
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.122 Narrated by Abu Huraira
The Prophet (saws) said, "If a woman spends the night deserting her husband's bed (does not sleep with him), then the Angels send their curses on her till she comes back (to her husband)." , Etc

Now What of husband refuses?
Will Allah curse husband too?

Firstly men are more attracted to have sex then females. It is highly unlikely and unnatural for a husband to refuse sexual intercourse when invited by his wife, if the husband refuses the invitation of his wife without any valid reason and causes his wife to sleep in anger, it would be safe to assume that the sin and ruling would be similar. Women have more complains that husband didn't satisfy her and thus man are considered to be more sexually attractive then a woman. Further more if a husband refuses same right is for wife that is said in Quran

Allah says in Quran 2:228
"And they (women) have rights (over their husbands as regards living expenses, marriages etc.) similar (to those of their husbands) over them (as regards obedience and respect, etc.) to what is reasonable, but men have a degree (of responsibility) over them. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise."

Further more if a woman pleases her husband it is said that
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 286 Narrated by Umm Salamah
The Prophet (saws) said: "If a woman dies while her husband was pleased with her, she will enter Paradise."

Quran 33:36
"It is not fitting for a Believer, man or woman, when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger to have any option about their decision: if any one disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he is indeed on a clearly wrong Path."

1. Misconception: Muslims are terrorists

This is by far the biggest misconception of Islam, given unfairly by stereotyping and the public image that the media gives. Has anyone else noticed how when a specific group of people attack another group of people it is labeled as a ‘hate crime’, but when a Muslim opens fire on anybody it is quickly regarded as ‘terrorism’. Many political dictators and officials or extremist groups use the name of Islam as a strategy to garner followers and attention when many of their practices go against the true basis of Islam. The media has also portrayed Islam as a cult or a club where if you join you become a terrorist and that is now part of your agenda. However all over the world people practice Islam in the true form and use it as a way of life. There are many verses in the Quran that go against the idea of terrorism. Some of these verses include “fight in the way of Allah those that fight you but do not transgress limits for god does not love transgressors.” This basically means do not fight except in self defense and even in doing so do not go beyond defense. Another verse states “if they seek peace, then you seek peace,” which means do not attack people for no reason or kill innocent people. There is nowhere in Islam, whether it be in the Quran or the teachings of Muhammad, that promotes the killing of innocent people. Pictured above is a conference of Muslims against Terrorism.

2. Misconception: Islam was spread by the sword

Historian De lacey O’Leary states “History makes it clear however, that the legend of fanatical Muslims sweeping through the world and forcing Islam at the point of the sword upon conquered races is one of the most fantastically absurd myths that historians have ever repeated.” There is no record in history that shows people being forced by sword point to convert to Islam. When Islam spread through countries they would set up private churches and synagogues for the non Muslims they were governing and because of the good treatment they had received they themselves would convert. If one considers the small number of Muslims who initially spread Islam to the west all the way from Spain and Morocco and into east from India and China one would realize that such a small group of people could not force others to be members of a religion against their will. It is also interesting to note that when the Mongols invaded and conquered large portions of the Islamic empire, instead of destroying the religion they adopted it!

3. Misconception: Women have no rights

The image of a woman wearing a veil from head to toe, a woman who gets unfair justice or a woman who is not allowed to drive is an all too familiar notion when it comes to women treatment in Islam. And while there are Muslim countries in the world that do implement many harsh rulings against women, this should not be portrayed as Islamic law. Many of these countries have cultural differences that go against the teachings of Islam. It should be noted that during pre-Islam Arabia women were used for fornication only and had no independence. The birth of a daughter in a family was considered humiliating and the practice of female infanticide was uncontrolled. When Islam came to being, verses in the Quran condemned the practice of female infanticide. Islam gave back many human rights to the woman and Muhammad(s) was even reported saying that “women are the twin halves of men.” A Muslim woman is allowed to reject and accept any suitor for marriage and has the right to seek divorce. There is nothing in Islam that forbids a Muslim woman from exiting her house and is allowed to drive. Also in regards to education, a woman is obligated to seek knowledge and it is considered a sin if she refuses.

4. Misconception: Muslims are savages and barbaric during war

Quite the contrary, when it comes to the conduct of war there are ten rule that every Muslim army must obey:

1. Do not commit treachery 2. Do not deviate from the right path 3. Do not mutilate dead bodies 4. Do not kill children 5. Do not kill women 6. Do not kill aged men 7. Do not harm or burn trees 8. Do not destroy buildings 9. Do not destroy an enemy’s flock, unless you use it for your food 10. When you pass people who have devoted their lives to monastic servi leave them alone

During the crusades when Saladin defeated the franks he honored the defeated Frankish army and supplied them with food and during the thir crusade when Saladin’s enemy king Richard fell sick, Saladin sent him a of fruits and horses.

5. Misconception: The Prophet Muhammad was a pedophile

While it is true that he married a girl that was at the age of nine that does not constitute pedophilia. Historically, the age at which a girl was considered ready to be married has bee puberty. This was the case in Biblical times, and is still used today to determine the age of marriage in many parts of the world. This was part of the norm and is not something that Islam invented. The girl he got married to had reached puberty 3 years before marriage. It is upon reaching the age of puberty that a person, man or woman, becomes legally responsible for their actions under Islamic law. At this point they are allowed to make their own decisions and are held accountable for their actions. It should also be mentioned that in Islam, it is unlawful to force someone to marry someone that they do not want to marry. There is no indication that the society at that time criticized this marriage due to the girl’s young age. On the contrary, the marriage was encouraged by the girl’s family and was welcomed by the community at large.

6. Misconception: Jihad means to fight for the sake of god

The true Arabic meaning of the word jihad is struggle. However in Islam it is often used to describe the striving in the way of god. There are many forms of jihad but the most important ones are Jihad al-nafs (jihad against ones self), jihad bil-lisan (jihad by being vocal), jihad bil yad (jihad by using action), and Jihad bis saif (jihad by using the sword). Each jihad is ranked differently and it was reported that Muhammad returned from a battle and said “We have returned from the lesser jihad (going into battle) to the greater jihad (the struggle of the soul).” This means that a Muslim struggling against himself and his soul is more important than the jihad of going into war. Another misconception is that only when a person dies in war does that person becomes a martyr. This is, however, false and it is believed that anyone doing anything for the sake of god and is killed becomes a martyr. A person who dies while performing pilgrimage in Mecca, a woman who dies while giving birth, or even someone who dies in a car crash while he was on his way to the mosque are all considered martyrs.

7. Misconception: Islam is intolerable to other religions

‘Kill the infidel’ is the phrase many people believe is the ideology that Muslims have towards the non Muslims. This, though, is not a correct portrayal of Islamic law. Islam has always given respect and freedom of religion to all faiths. In the Quran it says “God does not forbid you, with regards to those who fight you not for religion nor drive you away out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them, for god loves those who are just.” There are many historical examples of Muslim tolerance towards other faith. One such example was when the caliph Umar was ruler of Jerusalem from 634 to 644 AD. He granted freedom to all religious communities and said that the inhabitants of his city were safe and that their places of worship would never be taken away from them. He also set up courts that were designated to the non Muslim minorities. Whenever he would visit holy areas he would ask for the Christian patriarch Sophronius (pictured above) to accompany him.

8. Misconception: Children have no rights

Children, according to Islamic law, have various rights. One of these is the right to be properly brought up, raised, and educated. Islam encourages children to be brought up well because it is the responsibility of an adult to raise his child to become a moral and ethical adult. Children must also be treated equally. When giving financial gifts they should all be the same amount and there should be no preference among them. Children are even permitted to take moderately from their parent’s wealth to sustain themselves if the parent declines to give them proper funds for living. A child is also not allowed to get hit in the face or hit by anything larger than a pencil.
There is one of HADITH of Prophet Muhammad(P.B.U.H) which says that "The one who don't give respect to elders and is not kind with youngers is not from us."

9. Misconception: Muslims Hate Jesus

There are many similarities between the historical references of Christianity and Islam. Many people are amazed to find out that according to Muslim belief, Jesus is one of the greatest messengers of God. One cannot be a Muslim without believing in the virgin birth and the many miracles of Jesus Christ. Jesus is also mentioned in many verses of the Quran and is often used as an example of good virtue and character. However, the main difference between Christianity and Islam is that Muslims do not believe that Jesus was God.
Quran has an entire chapter on Mary . The Chapter is called Surat Maryam.
"That is Jesus, the son of Mary - the word of truth
about which they are in dispute.
It is not [befitting] for Allah to take a son; exalted is
He! When He decrees an affair, He only says to it,
"Be," and it is."
[Surat Maryam (19:34-35)

10. Misconception: All Muslims are Arabs

The common image of a Muslim is a turbaned dark Arab man with a long beard. However this image is part of the minority of Muslims. Arabs make only 15% of the world’s Muslim population. As a matter of fact the Middle East comes in third with East Asia coming in at first (69%) and Africa (27%) coming in at second. Another common misconception is that all Arabs are Muslims. While the vast majority of Arabs are Muslims (75%), there are many other religions that Arabs practice including Christianity and Judaism.

The Short Defination of Narcissit is " Someone in love with themselves."

He Wrote:
The following two verses express vividly Muhammad's sense of self importance and grandiosity.
Truly, Allah and His angels send praise and blessings [forever] upon the Prophet. O you who believe! Praise and bless the Prophet with utmost laud and blessing. (Q.33:56)
In order that you (O men) may believe in Allah and His Messenger, that you may assist and honor Him, and celebrate His praise morning and evening. (Q.48:9)

My Response :
Wrong. There are verses in Quran stating that Allah will blessed and Uplift the people beside Muhammad. If Muhammad have self importance then Quran hadn't said that. Remember self-importance means "An inflated feeling of pride in your superiority to OTHERS"

For Example:

Allah Will Send His Blessings On People Who Accepted Him and Believe in Him
"If the people of the towns had but believed and feared Allah, We should indeed have opened out to them (All kinds of) blessings from heaven and earth..." (Al-A'raaf 7:96)

So If Muhammad had a self-importance and grandiosity why would Quran states Allah pouring his blessings on other People beside Muhammad?

Moreover, This verse only talks about sending Blessings to Muhammad (Pbuh). Muhsin Khan wrotes in his transaltion of Quran about the verse Quran 33:56.
It is Narrated In Shahi Bukhari Vol 4 Hadith 589

Narated By Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila : Ka'b bin Ujrah met me and said, "Shall I not give you a present I got from the Prophet?" 'Abdur-Rahman said, "Yes, give it to me." I said, "We asked Allah's Apostle saying, 'O Allah's Apostle! How should one (ask Allah to) send blessings on you, the members of the family, for Allah has taught us how to salute you (in the prayer)?' He said, 'Say: O Allah! Send Your Mercy on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your Mercy on Abraham and on the family of Abraham, for You are the Most Praise-worthy, the Most Glorious. O Allah! Send Your Blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You sent your Blessings on Abraham and on the family of Abraham, for You are the Most Praise-worthy, the Most Glorious."

Here we can also see that the particular supplication (Dua) read to send blessings to Muhammad also confirms Allah sending blessings to Abraham. So is Prophet Abraham is a narcissit too?
Moreover, Ali Sina doesn't even know that we can send blessings (Dua) to everyone. Does this makes them narcissit to?

In Verse 48:9 Ali Sina is trying to tell us that Quran states to praise the Messenger and then he is pointing him as a narcissit. However, I think he didn't see the capital "H" in the verse which means Allah not Muhammad. So now it is quite clear about what the verse is talking about. It states
Quran 48:9
"In order that you (O men) may believe in Allah and Allah's Messenger, that you may assist and honor Allah, and celebrate Allah's praise morning and evening."

He Wrote:
He was so impressed with himself, that he put the following words in the mouth of his sock puppet deity: And you (stand) on an exalted standard of character (Q.68:4) and are a lamp with spreading light. (Q.33:46)

My Response:
The Explanation of Ayah 33:46 is
"And as one who invites to Allah [Islamic Monotheism, i.e. to worship none but Allah (Alone)] by His Leave, and as a lamp spreading light (through your instructions from the Quran and the Sunnah the legal ways of the Prophet SAW)."

A lamp spreading light ? Now someone might think that Muhammad got praised in this verse and had a self-importance. However, the phrase "lamp spreading light" here actually refers to the time of darkness when people worship idols, suns, etc. We all know that during the time of Muhammad the Makkah was in the time of darkness.
For Example:
Before the time of Muhammad the people use to bury their female daughters alive as they consider her a burden on them. Such was the darkness of society.
So Prophet Muhammad uplift the status of Women in Makkah to spread the light in dark for the women.

Prophet once said : Ibn `Abbas recounted, "Whoever had a female who was not buried nor insulted by him, and had not preferred his male children to her, Allah admits him to Paradise." [ Transmitted by Abu Dawud, 5/5146; and Al-Hakim who corrected it 4/177, approved by Al-Dhahaby.]

"Whoever has three daughters or sisters, or two daughters of two sisters, and lives along with them in a good manner, and has patience with them, and fears Allah with regard to them will enter Paradise." (Reported by Abu Dawud, Al-Tirmidhee and others)

Quran recalls the burying of female alive in the following verse
[Surah 81:8-9]
"And when the female (infant) buried alive (as the pagan Arabs used to do) shall be questioned. For what sin was she killed?"
[An-Nahl 16:58-59]
"And when the news of (the birth of) a female (child) is brought to any of them, his face becomes dark, and he is filled with inward grief! He hides himself from the people because of the evil of that whereof he has been informed. Shall he keep her with dishonor or bury her in the earth? Certainly, evil is their decision."

Pagan Arabs were in darkness before the time of Muhammad as I clearly prove you above. Moreover, Muhammad was the one who uplift the status of Women and his people during his time. Now it is quite clear what does the phrase "lamp spreading light (in drak)" means. Quran 33:40 and 33:45 states Muhammad (PBUH) nothing more then a warner and the last Messenger.

Coming to Surah 68:4 which states
" And indeed, you are of a great moral character."

Ali Sina is again wrong iin saying that here again Muhammad is being praised and. This Verse only talks about the noble and uniqe character of Muhammad.
Let us see how was the character of Muhammad.

Anas (radi Allahu anhu) said: “I served the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) for ten years, and he never said a word of displeasure to me (uff), nor did he ever say to me concerning something I had done, ‘Why did you do that?’ And he never said to me concerning something I had not done, ‘Why didn’t you do this?’ He had the best character, and I never touched any silk or anything else that was softer than the palm of the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam). And I never smelt any musk or perfume that had a better fragrance than the sweat of the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam). (Sahih Muslim)

Aaishah (Radhiallahu 'Anha) said: "Allaah's Messenger (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) never hit anything with his hand ever, except when fighting in the path of Allaah. Nor did he ever hit a servant or a woman."  [Recorded by Ibn Maajah. Al-Albaanee graded it Saheeh.]

Ibn Saad reports Muhammad saying: 
Among all the people of the world God chose the Arabs.  From among the Arabs he chose the Kinana.  From Kinana he chose the Quraish (the tribe of Muhammad).  From the Quraish he chose Bani Hashim (his clan). And from Bani Hashim he chose me. Tabaqat V. 1 p. 2

First of all things, the Lord created my mind.

Were it not for you, [O Muhammad] I would not have created the universe.

My Response:

Firstly, Ali Sina didn't wrote any authentic source of Tabaqat nor did he tell us about any origin ob the tabaqat. He only wrotes "Tabaqat V. 1 p. 2 "
Let me remind him that there are many different tabaqat.

However, That is a fabricated hadith not even approved my scholars. All Ali Sina can do is quote fabricated hadith. This hadith is a fabricated one according to scholars. But even if we assume it is correct. Still it doesn't prove that he is narcissist. Reasons :
1. Muhammad (pbuh) was considered an honest and Truthful man even by the pagan Arabs before his prophethood. He spoke whatever God Almighty commanded him.
2. It is not only mentioned in the Hadith but it is also said by God Almighty to Adam (pbuh) in the Gospel of Barnabas. Chapter 39. It reads

"'Adam, having sprung up upon his feet, saw in the air a writing that shone like the sun, which said: "There is only one God, and Mohammed is the messenger of God." Whereupon Adam opened his mouth and said: "I thank thee, O Lord my God, that thou hast deigned to create me; but tell me. I pray thee, what meaneth the message of these words: "Mohammed is messenger of God. Have there been other men before me?"
'Then said God: "Be thou welcome, O my servant Adam. I tell thee that thou art the first man whom I have created And he whom thou hast seen [mentioned] is thy son, who shall come into the world many years hence, and shall be my messenger, for whom I have created all things; who shall give light to the world when he shall come;"

Paul said about Barnabas : "If he comes unto you, receive him. (Colossians 4:10)"

Coming On the next part

That underlined hadith is supposedly from a Hadith Qudsi. I do not know the reliability of the Hadith. But I doubt that it is true because it is known that the first thing that Allah created was the pen and not Muhammad's soul. Anyways that is irrelevant. Ali Sina fails to show that Muhammad is a Narcissit so far.

Going on he wrote "Were it not for you, [O Muhammad] I would not have created the universe."
Again this hadith has been refered to as a weak and fabricated hadith.

Many false and fabricated ahaadeeth have been narrated that say similar things. For example:
“Were it not for you, I would not have created the universe.”
This was quoted by al-Shawkaani in al-Fawaa’id al-Majmoo’ah fi’l-Ahaadeeth al-Mawdoo’ah (p. 326). He said:
Al-San’aani said: (it is) mawdoo’ (fabricated).
Al-Albaani said in al-Silsilah al-Da’eefah (282): (it is) mawdoo’.

As for the hadeeth mentioned, it is falsely attributed to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and has no sound basis.

Shaykh Ibn Baaz was asked about this hadeeth and said:
The answer is that this was transmitted from the words of some of the common people who have no understanding. Some people say that the world was created for the sake of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and were it not for Muhammad the world would not have been created and mankind would not have been created. This is false and has no basis, and these are corrupt words. Allaah created the world so that He would be known and worshipped. He created the world and He created mankind so that His names and attributes, His power and knowledge, would be known and so that He alone would be worshipped with no partner or associate, and so that He would be obeyed – not for the sake of Muhammad or for the sake of Nooh or Moosa or ‘Eesa or any other Prophet. Rather Allaah created the universe so that He alone would be worshipped, with no partner or associate. Fataawa Noor ‘ala al-Darb, 46.

What is Honor Killings?

The most common and exact defination is as follows:
The killing, usually of females, when their behavior has brought shame or dishonor on a family, such as premarital sex or “dating” outside the preferred categories. Also known as commiting "adultery"

From Christianity On Adultery:

Now we will see how both the faiths deal with Adultery

Exodus 20:14 "You shall not commit adultery."
Deuteronomy 22:22 "If a man is found sleeping with another man's wife, both the man who slept with her and the woman must die."

Leviticus 20:10 "If a man commits adultery with another man's wife--with the wife of his neighbor--both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death."

Proverbs 6:32 "But a man who commits adultery lacks judgment; whoever does so destroys himself."    He destroys himself by being put to death as shown above.

Who is Adulterer according to Jesus?

Matthew 19:9 "I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another woman commits adultery."  Wouldn't this cause the man to be put to death?

Mark 10:11 "Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her."    Again, wouldn't he then be put to death since he would have committed adultery?

Mark 10:12 "And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery."    Same question I ask about the women who are considered have committed adultery.   Wouldn't they be put to death also?

Luke 16:18 "Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery."

Keep in mind that you must not ignore the Old Law as said by Jesus

"Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 'The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat.  So you must obey them and do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach.'  (Matthew 23:1-3)"

"Do not think that I [Jesus] have come to abolish the Law (the Old Testament) or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them." (Matthew 5:17)

There are about 50% of people who are being divorced. Are they all adulterer as Jesus said ? And if they are they should be stoned to death or killed? Right?
If not why? Jesus said to follow Old Law and it states to kill the adulter and a if a person divroce his partner he has commited adultery.

On Honor Killings

Leviticus 21:9 "And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire."
Why should only a daughter of a priest gets burnt to death if she profanes herself?  Why can't this law apply to all daughters? Since the priest is the head of chruch and will make people follow what he follow or preach. ?

Islam on Adultery and Honor Killing:

"Do not go near to adultery. Surely it is a shameful deed and evil, opening roads (to other evils)" (Quran 17:32).

"Women impure are for men impure, and men impure are for women impure and women of purity are for men of purity, and men of purity are for women of purity." (Quran 24:26)

Punishment:

“The woman and the man guilty of unlawful sex (adultery or fornication), flog each of them with a hundred stripes; let not compassion move you in their case in a matter prescribed by Allah if ye believe in Allah and the Last day; and let a party of the believers witness their punishment”. (24:2)

In the 1930's black people did not have alot of rights, they could not vote, they could not sit in the same parts of resturants as white people or the bus. They had separate drinking fountains, bathrooms, they couldn't even walk into the front door of a building. Black people were second class. An incident shocked America when a black lady, Rosa Parks was on a full bus and a white man wanted to get on, after being told to get off she refused to move an inch! This was all changed when Martin Luther King Jr. lead the civil rights movement in the 30's. He also said the famous I Have A Dream speech. This stopped most of the segregation in the south and black people were given more rights. Blacks actually gained the right to vote in 1870, long before the '30s. Also, Martin Luther King Jr. was born in 1929. There is no way he lead the civil rights movement at 1-10 years old! The Harlem Renaissance took place around the '30s, and the civil rights movement took place from about 1955-1968. The REAL answer lies somewhere in the middle. True, all MALE citizens of the US were granted the right to vote in the 1800s, but in reality, most Blacks were not allowed to vote given the 3/5ths amendment of the Constitution (blacks were not even counted as a whole person); and South's Jim Crow Laws as well as Grandfather codes--i.e., the idea that one could vote if their grandfathers had voted. Which of course was an impossibility for Blacks who were enslaved and indentured. Those who risked exercising their "right to vote" were lynched, hanged, burned, etc. All of this is well-documented, and not a matter of conjecture. Had it been true that Blacks actually did vote earlier, as the second answer maintains, then the Civil Rights era of the 60s would have lost one of its main tenets. Also note, abolitionists took up the cause for Civil Rights long before Martin Luther King Jr, came on the scene--also well documented. However, it wasn't until the Civil Rights Act that Blacks could actually exercise their full rights as citizens to use public services and seek full redress, or expect proper representation from their government. As an end note, the Harlem Renaissance was an artistic era. In the 1930's black people did not have alot of rights.

Zina (fornication, adultery) is a serious crime and a major sin which takes away the quality of faith from a person, and exposes him to punishment and humiliation unless he repents. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And come not near to unlawful sex. Verily, it is a Faahishah (i.e. anything that transgresses its limits: a great sin, and an evil way that leads one to hell unless Allaah Forgives him)” [al-Isra’ 17:32]

Some people have a misconception that 'stoning to death' is a punishment laid out in The Quran or promoted by Islam for acts such as adultery.

However, Stoning to death is never allowed by the Quran for an adulter. Moreover Quran also states the punishment for an adulter:

Quran says in Surah Nur chapter 24 verse 1-2:
1.[This is] a surah which We have sent down and made [that within it] obligatory and revealed therein verses of clear evidence that you might remember.
2.The [unmarried] woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse - lash each one of them with a hundred lashes, and do not be taken by pity for them in the religion of Allah , if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment.


The Quran never sanctions stoning to death as a punishment for anyone. In fact, the only times it is mentioned in The Quran is as a threat to believers from non-believers
Read These Verses : 11:91, 18:20, 36:18, 44:20, 26:116

Quran says in 26:116:
"They said, "If you do not desist(refrain), O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned."


So We can See that The Quran had Nothing to Do with Stoning An adulter, Where as it also prescribed Punishment for an adulter.

Also, Interestingly, in many popular translations of The Quran, for verse 24:3 they state an adulterer can only marry another adulterer, but if stoning to death for adultery was a punishment, this translation would be unecessary and illogical.

Stoning to Death In Hadith:


There are a few Muslims who do propagate, based upon a “re-reported narrative” called Hadeeth that the Second Caliph (successor to the Prophet) had said in one of his sermons that there used to be a Revealed Verse for “Death” by stoning but it has since been lost and is not to be found in “The Holy Book”.

I wish to inform these propagators that this is a fundamentally faulty narrative – Hadeeth. Here are the indisputable facts from the Islamic history to substantiate my remark.

i) The Second Caliph died in 644 CE

ii) The Revelations that came to the Prophet were collected and compiled in a book form by the Third Caliph.

iii) This final compilation of the Holy Book (al-Qur’an) was done in 651 CE (i.e. seven years after the death of the Second Caliph). In defies logic that a person could have passed such a remark for “The BOOK”, which was compiled years after his death.

iv) Even if one was to entertain the notion that the Second Caliph had indeed made such a serious statement in public concerning the Qur’an, then it could not have escaped the notice of his successor who undertook the task of compilation.

v) It is inconceivable that not a single member of the Commission, appointed for the compilation of “The Holy Book” did not hear that Sermon nor its narrative. To say that the Third Caliph and/or the Commission knew of the “Lost Verse” and yet ignored the allegations and did not include that verse is to say that they all were totally incompetent.

However Prophet Stoned Jews According To their Law:


Bukhari Hadith No. 4.829: When a Jew and a Jewess who had committed the illegal sexual intercourse were brought before the Prophet (s.a.s.), he ordered them to be punished according to their Jewish laws that are recorded in the Torah. The couple was stoned to death. This Hadith was narrated by Abdullah bin Umar.


Punishment for an Adulter According To Jewish Law:
Deuteronomy 22.22 "If a man be found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman and the woman; so shalt thou put away evil from Israel"


As you can see, according to Islam the real Islam, God order 100 lashes as penalty for adultery if no regret was showed. Never stoning. The prophet allowed stoning of the adultery Jews because according to Islam Jews are allow to be judge by their laws and not by Islamic laws.

Many Muslims make a statment that only Muslims will go in Heaven , However they are with the wrong belief. Allah had Mentioned in Holy Quran chapter 2 verse 62:

"Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Nazarenes*, and the Sabians, whoever believes in God and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear upon them, nor shall they grieve."

It also states:
Those who believe, and those who are Jewish, and the Sabiens, and the Nazarenes*; whoever of them believes in God and the Last Day and does good works, then they will have nothing to fear nor will they grieve. [5:69] 
*commonly translated as "Christians" but more likely refers to the followers of Jesus of Nazareth, hence Nazarenes.

We come to know this is a part of the section actually addressed to the Jews who had made their faith more of a racist i.e. excluding creed and believed (and they still believe) that only Jews would enter the Blissful Paradise.

Even the Christians have the idea of Vicarious Atonement that suggests that only by belief in Christ one can find salvation otherwise, they say, ‘all your deeds are like filthy rags.’ I remember never in my discussions I found even a single Christian, not even priests, able to categorically explain as to what will happen to those who passed away before Christ’s (PBUH) birth including the Jewish Prophets.

Here the Quran dispels the notion of attributing any such idea to the Noble Faith of Islam for its taste is different. The Jews i.e. Israelites before Christ (PBUH) who believed in Allah and the Last Day were infact Muslims and thus in the Hereafter they’ll earn the reward for their Faith and deeds. Same goes for the Christians before the Last Prophet (PBUH) declared his prephethood and the Sabians as well (we cannot with utmost surety say who they actually were).And this is supported by the reports about the point of revelation of this Ayah.

Ibn Kathir with reference Ibn Abi Hatim narrates:
‘Salman Farisi (RA) said, ‘This verse was revealed when I made a mention of the of the prayers and fasting of those believers whom I had met before coming to the Holy Prophet (PBUH)’
(Ibn Kathir in his commentary to this verse) (If we recall the story of Salman Farisi (RA) then we see that it goes exactly in line with what is written above)

Some Non-Muslims also cliams that Quran contradicts itself by stating the verse:
“If anyone desires a religion other than Islam, never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good).” (3:85)

Prophet Said:
"It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) observed: By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad, he who amongst the community of Jews or Christians hears about me, but does not affirm his belief in that with which I have been sent and dies in this state (of disbelief), he shall be but one of the denizens of Hell-Fire." (Sahih Muslim, Hadith 284)
This is conclusive!

Now the Question arises whether the Christians and Jews go to Heaven?

Yes , Ofcourse They will have a Reward with their Lord but only those Christians and Jews, which had faith In God (Allah) anf worked rightousness, before arrival of Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.b.u.h) that is why Salman Farsi ( A close Comapanion ) narrates about the verse 2:52

‘Salman Farisi (RA) said, ‘This verse was revealed when I made a mention of the of the prayers and fasting of those believers whom I had met before coming to the Holy Prophet (PBUH)’

Quran states:
And if the followers of the Book had believed and guarded (against evil) We would certainly have covered their sins and We would certainly have made them enter gardens of bliss. And if they had observed the Torah and the Gospel and that which was revealed to them from their Lord, they would have enjoyed happiness from above and beneath them, there is a party of them keeping to the moderate course, and (as for) most of them, evil is that which they do. [5:65-66]

Allah Almighty made lawful for Muslim men to marry Jewish and Christian women.
How is this supposed to agree with the theory that Islam prohibits Muslims from making Jewish and Christian personal friends?
Let us see some verses of Quran which makes you thinks that:

"O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors; they are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust. (The Noble Quran, 5:51)"

"O ye who believe! Take not for friends and protectors those who take your religion for a mockery or sport - whether among those who received the Scripture (i.e., the Bible) before you, or among those who reject Faith; but fear ye Allah, if ye have Faith (indeed). (The Noble Quran, 5:57)"

"Yea, to those who take for friends unbelievers rather than believers: is it honour they seek among them? Nay,- all honour is with God. (The Noble Quran, 4:139)" 

"O ye who believe! Turn not (for friendship) To people on whom Is the Wrath of Allah. Of the Hereafter they are Already in despair, just as The Unbelievers are In despair about those (Buried) in graves. (The Noble Quran, 60:13)"

 In the above Noble Verses, the Arabic word for "friends" is "Awliyaa", which has four literal meanings: (1) Allies; (2) Friends; and (3) Guardians. In Noble Verse 60:13, the Arabic word used was "tatawallu", which is derived from the root word "Awliyaa".

"Waliy" which is the singular of "Awliyaa" means "Guardian" as your parents were your guardians when you were a kid. So as you can see, the Arabic word "Awliyaa" has different literal meanings.

Important Note: In Noble Verse 60:13 above, Allah Almighty said "la tatawallu qawman", which literally means "take not as allies a tribe (or a community)", which further proves my point that "Awliyaa" in the Noble Verses above is meant for "alliance" and not personal "friendship".

* There is nothing wrong with developing a personal friendship with a non-Muslim to help him/her understand and appreciate Islam and to ultimately embrace it if they chose to. As clearly shown in the introduction above, Allah Almighty commanded all Muslims to treat with kindness and justice all of the good non-Muslims.

The English translation of the Noble Verses above is not accurate, because the use of the word "friends" is really out of context. The word "Allies" is the correct one, because in all of the Noble Verses above Allah Almighty was talking to the Muslims as a group taking A GROUP OF PEOPLE OR COMMUNITY as "Awliyaa", which fits perfectly with "alliance" than with just personal "friendship" on an individual level.
Another example of inaccurate English translation is the following Noble Verse:

"As to those who turn (For friendship) to Allah, His Messenger, and the (Fellowship of) Believers - it is the Fellowship of Allah that must certainly triumph. (The Noble Quran, 5:56)"

The Arabic word for "Fellowship" of Allah is "hizb", which literally mean "Alliance", as in "Hizbullah" in Lebanon, which means "The Alliance of Allah". Hizbullah are the guerrillas and the warriors that fought the Israelis long battles in southern Lebanon and finally were able to drive them out. Also, the "Northern Alliance" in Afghanistan against the Taliban are called "Hizb Al-shamal".

Hizb is mistranslated as "Fellowship" instead of "Alliance". Noble Verse 5:56 clearly states that Muslims must form their alliances only with Allah Almighty, Prophet Muhammad and the Believers. Any alliance other than Allah Almighty is a losing one. That is exactly what the Alliance with the Jews, Christians and Pagans against fellow Muslims will result in: Eventual loss at this life, and Severe Punishment at the Day of Judgement.
So the Noble Verses above don't suggest that Muslims can not have personal friends with non-Muslims. It suggests that Muslim countries are prohibited from forming alliance with the non-Muslims against other Muslims.

Noble 5:57, however, clearly states that Muslims should avoid having personal friendship with anyone (Muslim or non-Muslim) who disrespects Islam and take it for a "mockery". So the translation of "friends" for "Awliyaa" seem to be a correct and accurate one.

The use of the word "friends" for Noble Verses 5:51 and 4:139 as a translation is ambiguous. It is not clear from the Noble Verses that Allah Almighty meant for "Awliyaa" to be only personal "friends". Certainly Noble Verse 5:56 above clearly shows that Allah Almighty is concerned about the Alliance that Muslims commit themselves to, and not personal friendships.

Muslim men are allowed to marry Jewish and Christian women:
Another proof that the above English translation of the word "friends" is wrong, and the correct word is "Alliance" is, how can Allah Almighty prohibit for any Muslim to form personal friendship with any Jew or Christian, when He the Almighty allowed for Muslim men to have friendly relationships with Jewish and Christian women like they do with Muslim women (without sex before marriage of course) that could lead to marriage?

"This day are (all) things good and pure made lawful unto you. The food of the People of the Book [Jews and Christians] is lawful unto you and yours is lawful unto them. (Lawful unto you in marriage) are (not only) chaste women who are believers, but chaste women among the People of the Book, revealed before your time,- when ye give them their due dowers, and desire chastity, not lewdness, nor secret intrigues if any one rejects faith, fruitless is his work, and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who have lost (all spiritual good). (The Noble Quran, 5:5)"

One has to ask himself a very simple question here: How can a Jewish or Christian woman marry a Muslim man without loving him? And how is it possible for this love to happen without prior friendship or even just warm feelings between the Muslim man and the woman?

Allah Almighty loves some of the Jews and Christians and will grant them Paradise:

Another proof that the above English translation of the word "friends" is wrong, and the correct word is "Alliance" is, how can Allah Almighty order Muslims not to have personal friendships with Jews and Christians when He Himself Loves some of them and will Grant them Paradise? This means that some Jews and Christians are actually better in the Sight of Allah Almighty than some Muslims:

"And there are, certainly, among the People of the Book [Jews and Christians], those who believe in God, in the revelation to you, and in the revelation to them, bowing in humility to God: They will not sell the Signs of God for a miserable gain! For them is a reward with their Lord, and God is swift in account. (The Noble Quran, 3:199)"

"Not all of them are alike: Of the People of the Book [Jews and Christians] are a portion that stand (For the right): They rehearse the Signs of God all night long, and they prostrate themselves in adoration. They believe in God and the Last Day; they enjoin what is right, and forbid what is wrong; and they hasten (in emulation) in (all) good works: They are in the ranks of the righteous. (The Noble Quran, 3:113-114)"

The above Noble Verses clearly speak about the righteous Jews and Christians who believe in Allah Almighty and do righteousness and will have their Great Reward and enter Paradise. Why would a Muslim be prohibited to form a personal friendship with these people from the Jews and Christians whom Allah Almighty loves dearly.

When Islam was still fresh and partial, and Muslims were just beginning to understand Islam; Allah Almighty's True Divine Religion, a group of hypocrites from the Jews and Christians tried to deceive the Muslims by pretending to accept Islam and then deserting it later, thus creating the impression that Islam was not a religion worth adopting.

Let us look at Noble Verse 3:72
"And a faction of the People of the Scripture say [to each other], "Believe in that which was revealed to the believers at the beginning of the day and reject it at its end that perhaps they will abandon their religion"

Since then, the Muslims became very wary from the Jews and Christians, because they proved themselves to be hypocrites.

It is clear that Islam doesn't prohibit personal friendships with Jews and Christians or any other people. Islam however clearly prohibits forming alliance with the Jews, Christians and other non-Muslims. The only alliance a Muslim is allowed to form is with Allah Almighty, our Prophet peace be upon him (when he lived 1400 years ago), and the Muslim Believers.

In today's society the polygamy is banned in many Christians countries some of the countires which prohibits polygamy are:

1. America
2. Ghana
3. Poland
4. Germany
5. United Kingdom and many other countries had banned or restrict polygamy in their terrtiory

Despite the fact that Bible allowed polygamy, it is banned in many christian countries let me proof the biblical polygamy today.

Bible Allowed Polygamous Marriages: (Old Testeament)

Genesis 4:19 And Lamech took unto him two wives.


Deuteronomy 21:15 If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated....


Judges 8:30 And Gideon had threescore and ten sons of his body begotten: for he had many wives.


1 Samuel 1:1-2 Elkanah ... had two wives; the name of the one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah.


1 Chronicles 4:5 And Ashur the father of Tekoa had two wives, Helah and Naarah.


2 Chronicles 11:21 Rehoboam ... took eighteen wives, and threescore concubines.


2 Chronicles 24:3 Jehoiada took for him two wives....


2 Chronicles 13:21 But Abijah waxed mighty, and married fourteen wives..


We can conclude from the above verses that Bible allowed Polygamy without any restrictions more over, King Solomon had 700 wives according to the Bible

1 Kings 11:3 "He had seven hundred wives of royal birth and three hundred concubines, and his wives led him astray."


As we clearly see in 1 Kings 11:3, the marriage of multiple wives by itself is not sinful and was never condemned.  It was Solomon's marriage from the pagan women that was prohibited by GOD Almighty, because they were idol worshipers, and it resulted for him to be led astray and follow their pagan gods.  I don't see any specific condemnation of polygamy in general in this verse what so ever!  I mean the Bible's Old Testament (since 1 Kings 11:1-4 exist in the Old Testament) is crystal clear about allowing polygamy: "If a man has two wives, and he loves one but not the other, and both bear him sons" (From the NIV Bible, Deuteronomy 21:15)  How much more clearer can it get?

Do Paul's 1 Timothy 3:2 and 1 Timothy 3:12 prove that polygamy is prohibited for all Christains in Bible?


"Now the overseer [some translations have it as "bishop"] must be above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach"  Bible, 1 Timothy 3:2

"A deacon must be the husband of but one wife and must manage his children and his household well" Bible, 1 Timothy 3:12

As we clearly see in those two verses, only church ministers and religious leaders are prohibited from practicing polygamy according to the Bible. There is no mention for ordinary people or general population. So unless every Christian in Christianity is considered a "bishop", "deacon", "priest" or a "minister", then these two verses are without a doubt irrelevant!

They do not disprove polygamy in the Bible at all! In fact if anything, they prove my point about polygamy being allowed in the Bible for the ordinary! Here we clearly see Paul indirectly addressing the practice of polygamy among the "believers", who are the religious leaders so that perhaps they can have better time and dedication for the church. A man with 10 wives would be too busy for anything and everything.

Some Christians believe that the Old Testament prohibited Polygamy. Is it true?


Bible States in Deuteronomy 17:16-17 (From New American Version)
" Only he must not acquire many horses for himself or cause the people to return to Egypt in order to acquire many horses, since the Lord has said to you, ‘You shall never return that way again.’  And he shall not acquire many wives for himself, lest his heart turn away, nor shall he acquire for himself excessive silver and gold. "


According to some Christians, They belief that the particular verse prohibited Polygamy among Christians but they are absolutely wrong, It only prohibited King not to marry many womans, it doesn't states the limit nor it provide the numbers of wives he can marry. It prohibited the king to marry many but on the other hand he can get marry to few woman.
"Many wives" clearly proves: (1) The person can have multiple wives, but not too much; and (2) It doesn't limit marriage to only one wife.  I don't know where do you see the verse limiting marriage to only one wife.

Remember wives means plural and it doesn't condemn it to have where as bible commands wives to submit themselves to their husbands.

Now let us Examine some verses which Christians think prohibit polygamy
"But because of immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband. The husband must fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise also the wife to her husband." - 1 Corinthians 7:2-3 NASB

This verses had nothing to do with Polygamy. This verse only talks about husband and a wife. Furthermore, it also commands the husband to fullfill their duties to their wife. This verses doesn't command man not to have more wife then one. A husband (man) can fulfill his duties to two wives as well.
For Sure there is no direct verse in the Bible which banned or prohibit polygamy and, we can see that it was allowed in Old Testeament as King Solomon had 700 wives.

Let us Examine some more verses:

Luke 16:18
Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery.


Mark 10:11
And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.


Matthew 19:9
And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.


The key thing to note here is that this argument fails if polygamy is acceptable! Jesus' point is that improper divorce does not nullify a marriage, and if the first marriage still stands, then a "second" marriage is adultery--and NOT simply 'polygamy'! This is very clear. 
Many claim that these verses prohibit Christians for polygamy where as these verses only talks about adultery. This verse says nothing about polygamy. It's talking about divorce. Jesus is denouncing the practice of men divorcing their wives for lame reasons so they could trade her in for a newer model. If Jesus were referring to polygamy, that would mean that every man who is divorced and remarried is a polygamist

Many people believe that apostasy in Islam will led to being killed however the fact is that Islam rejoices complete freedom to the humanity. Quran itself confrims this.
The Quran clearly states there are those who believe then disbelieve, then believe again, then disbelieve again. This proves death for apostasy simply did not exist, because if it did, it would be impossible to believe again after unbelief, as they would have been put to death after the first unbelief

Quran states in 4:137:
"Surely (as for) those who believe then disbelieve, again believe and again disbelieve, then increase in disbelief, God will not forgive them nor guide them in the (right) path."

Further mroe the Holy Quran denies the death for apostate in the verse 3:86. It states

"How can God guide a people who have rejected after believing, and they witnessed that the messenger is true, and the clarity had come to them? God does not guide the wicked people."

Note : God can not guide that who rejected faith after believing and who have witnessed the messenger is true. God doesn't guide those who disbelieve after believeing, it is not because they are killed but because they have rejected the right path.
The Quran states, in no uncertain terms, that there is no compulsion in religion. It says :

Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in God has grasped the most sure hand-hold, that never breaks. And God is Hearing, Knowing. [2:256]

The Quran states that God could have made all those on earth believe, thus asks who is man to enforce such a thing if God did not:

And if your Lord had pleased, surely all those who are in the earth would have believed, all of them; will you then force men till they become believers? [10:99]

The Quran states there were those who believed part of the time, then disbelieved part of the time in order to confuse and sow discord amongst the believers of the time. If death for apostasy existed, no sane minded person would attempt to do this as they would be killed the very first time they tried it:

A section of the People of the Book say: "Believe in the morning what is revealed to the believers, but reject it at the end of the day; perchance they may (themselves) Turn back. [3:72]

Punishment of Apostasy in Hadith:
A bedouin gave the Pledge of allegiance to Allah's Apostle for Islam. Then the bedouin got fever at Medina, came to Allah's Apostle and said, "O Allah's Apostle! Cancel my Pledge," But Allah's Apostle refused. Then he came to him (again) and said, "O Allah's Apostle! Cancel my Pledge." But the Prophet refused Then he came to him (again) and said, "O Allah's Apostle! Cancel my Pledge." But the Prophet refused. The bedouin finally went out (of Medina) whereupon Allah's Apostle said, "Medina is like a pair of bellows (furnace): It expels its impurities and brightens and clears its good. [Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 9,]

Notably, as Dr. M. E. Subhani explained in his book:
“This was an open case of apostasy. But the Prophet neither punished the Bedouin nor asked anyone to do it. He allowed him to leave Madina. Nobody harmed him.” [Apostasy in Islam (New Delhi, India: Global Media Publications, 2005), pp. 23-24.]

An Example of Forgiving an Apostate:
Hadrat Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz [d. 97 AH/720 AD]
[Popularly known as Umar II and regarded as part of the Khulafa-i-Rashidoon]

Some people accepted Islam during the period of Umar bin Abdul Aziz, who is called the fifth rightful caliph of Islam. All these people renounced Islam sometimes later. Maimoon bin Mahran the governor of the area wrote to the caliph about these people. In reply Umar bin Abdul Aziz ordered him to release those people and asked him to re-impose jizya on them.

One of the Hadith in which Prophet forgive an apostay is of Abu Daud Book 33, Number 3435:

Narated By Abdullah ibn Abbas : Abdullah ibn AbuSarh used to write (the revelation) for the Apostle of Allah (pbuh). Satan made him slip, and he joined the infidels. The Apostle of Allah (pbuh) commanded to kill him on the day of Conquest (of Mecca). Uthman ibn Affan sought protection for him. The Apostle of Allah (pbuh) gave him protection.

Moreover the Quran says:
"Say (Muhammad it is) truth from Lord of all. Whosoever will, let him believe, and whosoever will, Let him disbelieve." (18:29)

Let's become more open minded and deal with the most important thing:

According to a hadith:
Volume 4, Book 52, Number 260:
Narrated Ikrima:
Ali burnt some people and this news reached Ibn 'Abbas, who said, "Had I been in his place I would not have burnt them, as the Prophet said, 'Don't punish (anybody) with Allah's Punishment.' No doubt, I would have killed them, for the Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.'

Now to clarify this Hadith

First, this hadith is considered a weak hadith with just a single isnad (this means there is only one chain of transmission or narration) and thus according to the rules of Islamic jurisprudence, it is not enough to validate the death penalty.

Second, this hadith is also considered a general ('amm) hadith in that it is in need of specification (takhsis); for it would otherwise convey a meaning that is not within its purpose. The obvious reading of the hadith would, for example, make liable the death punishment on a Hindu or Christian who converts to Islam. This is obviously not the intention of the hadith. According to the rules of Islamic jurisprudence, when a text is interpreted once, it becomes open to further interpretation and specification. Therefore, many scholars interpret this hadith to apply only to cases of high treason (hirabah), which means declaring war against Islam, the Prophet, or God or the legitimate leadership of the ummah.

Third, and most importantly, there is no evidence to show that Prophet Muhammad saw or his Companions ever compelled anyone to embrace Islam, nor did they sentence anyone to death solely for renunciation of the faith.

So from above we can conclude that Islam enjoys freedom of religion for every one and the death penalty is not the punishment prescribed for an apostay

Through the centuries, orientalists have advance numerous accusations and far-fetched theories to discredit Islam and its last Prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him). Praise be to Allah alone, all such accusations have been successfully refuted by the Muslims Ummah. Currently, one of the 'reinvented' accusations against the noble character of the Prophet is about his marriage to young Aisha Siddiqa (r.a.).

Two main theories are often advance by orientalists to attack the pure character of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) on his marriage to Aisha (r.a.) at her young age.
A. He was a Paedophile.
B. He was involved in child abuse

Was Prophet Muhammad a Paedophile?

Defination of Paedophile

"Pedophile: also spelled PAEDOPHILIA, psychosexual disorder in which an adult's arousal and sexual gratification occur primarily through sexual contact with prepubescent children. The typical paedophile is unable to find satisfaction in an adult sexual relationship and may have low self-esteem, seeing sexual activity with a child as less threatening than that with an adult." Encyclopaedia Britannica, 1998.

"pe.do.phil.ia n [NL] (1906): sexual perversion in which children are the preferred sexual object -- pe.do.phil.i.ac or pe.do.phil.ic adj." Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary.

Other Defination:

"Low self esteem. Many pedophiles, although by no means all, do not have a great sense of capacity for adopting a sexual demeanor towards adults or those of their own age or older. They feel unhappy and fearful at the prospect of sexual behaviour with adults and hence turn to children due to the fact that they are unable to have the strength of personality to seek adults for sexual demeanor. When considering treatment therefore it is important to establish and develop a higher sense of self-esteem in such individuals."

The diagnostic criteria for paedophilia according to American Psychiatric Association:
Over a period of at least 6 months, recurrent intense sexual urges and sexual arousing fantasies involving sexual activity with a prepubescent child or children. The person has acted on these urges, or is markedly distressed by them. The person is at least 16 years old and at least 5 years older than the child or children.

Does These Defination Fit Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him):

A Paedophile is a person:
1. With low self-esteem
2. Mostly attracted to having sex with children

None of the defination fits Muhammad (PBUH) as paedophile firstly because he did not have a low self-esteem and this is reported in an authentic hadith by Aisha (R.A) herself.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Volume 1, Book 6, Number 299:
Narrated 'Abdur-Rahman bin Al-Aswad:
(on the authority of his father) 'Aisha said: "Whenever Allah's Apostle wanted to fondle anyone of us during her periods (menses), he used to order her to put on an Izar and start fondling her." 'Aisha added, "None of you could control his sexual desires as the Prophet could."

Sahih Muslim Book 006, Number 2439:
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) used to kiss (his wives) while fasting and embraced (them) while fasting; but he had the greatest mastery over his desire among you."
Secondly, Prophet wasn't attracted to having sex with a children and we can analyze this by his marriages:

So we can analyse from the above chart that 75% of his wives were widows and 91% were above 17 years.
So we can see that Prophet Muhammad (S.a.w) wasn't a Paephodile as he did not lack self control and also wasn't attracted to child to use them for sexual desires.
